BPRL — Exploration & Asset Management For the Exploration roles, candidates must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in any discipline OR a Post Graduate degree in Geo-sciences (Geology, Geophysics, etc.) with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD). The Exploration profile demands at least 10 years of post-qualification experience with 5 years specifically in Exploration or Reservoir Management in the hydrocarbon sector. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Petrel, Paradigm, or DecisionSpace is essential. The Asset Manager role requires B.E./B.Tech with minimum 7 years of experience (5 years in Asset Management in E&P). The Reservoir Engineer post needs a B.E./B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering with minimum 7 years of upstream oil and gas experience. The upper age limit for these roles is 50 years for General/EWS candidates (maximum 55 years with relaxations). 2. Company Secretary Candidates must be qualified Company Secretaries from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). For the Team Leader role, a minimum of 18 years of post-qualification experience is required, with at least the last 5 years in an equity-listed company handling Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and corporate governance. For the Team Member role, 7 years of experience is required with 2 years in a listed company. An additional LLB qualification will be preferred.
